We know... We're the new kids on the block. But we've actually been kickin' it for a long time in small town USA, and we're ready to play with the big kids on the world wide web. Until now, Scarlet Boutique has been bound by the walls of our 5,000-something-square-foot space in Little Rock, Arkansas.
